Default Best way to wire amp in C5?

I will start wiring my amp in a couple of days and I wanted to know if anyone has any advice before I start. To run the power wire I will probably drill a hole in the firewall and run it straight down the passenger side right under the door. What do I do for the RCA and Speaker wiring? Do I run it right under the door on the Driver side? I will be running three sets of RCA and 15awg speaker wire for the door speakers. Shoul I run it all together or separate the RCA and speaker wire, maybe run one down the center console? What is the best way to hide them without having a huge bulge in the carpet? I would also like to know how to ground the amp. I haven't done much research in the hatch (coupe) of my car, but I am guessing there isn't going to be a good ground easily available.
Thank you

You will not need to drill into the firewall. You can slip the power wire through the grommet. Remove the battery and you will see a grommet running into the firewall. Run your wire through there and down the passenger side. There will not be a bulge under the carpet.

Run the speaker wire and RCA wires together. I used the sticky sided zip tie mounts to secure the wires to the car. Lay the carpeting over the wires and you should not have a bulging problem. If you do you can seperate them a bit and use duct tape to secure each wire to the car at a reasonable distance along the routes of your wire runs.

Your ground wire can be behind the passenger side seat. There is spot that another component is grounded to that you can use. That will make a very short run for your ground to your amp mounting location.

You can run your wires behind the rear speaker mounting area and along the rear of the car if you intend to mount an amp in the rear area. If you are going to put an amp rack behind the seats and in front of the holders for the car top you can run your wires out where the two pieces of carpeting overlap. Tape them down to the body of the car and this will make it easier to work with them in the amp rack.

Hope that helps....

Behind the passenger seat... you are already running the hot down that side may go ahead and use the ground behind there....
