Call up your local car audio shops and ask them if they have any IASCA comps and when. These comps are sponsored by audio shops mainly for promotional purposes and put together by local event coordinators and judges. They might not be listed on the website yet or there may not be any IASCA sanctioned judges in your area. If there isn’t and the local audio shops don’t have a clue then go back to the jasca website here:
http://www.iasca.com/contactus.htm and ask what, if anything, is going on in your region and if there is anything you can do to get something going.
You know they can train you as a judge and event coordinator if you want and you could get the llama audio shops to host some events. If so, go here:
http://www.iasca.com/event.htm
That may not be what you’re interested in but perhaps they will have some info on something happening in your area. Worth a try.
P.S. Also try the IASCA Forum here:

You may find some useful info there.
Good luck.
