Radio volume not working

Default Radio volume not working
The volume is stuck on radio, in my 2012 vette. This is a base car, wth the base radio. The volume also is stuck (low Volume) for the CD player. Any help with this would be appreciated.

you may try to remove the radio fuses or disconnect the battery for a while. Not muche to loose.
