How do I get my woofers back?
I finally gave up on doing the install of my Kenwood dnx9960. I had followed the FAQ and purchased the needed items to do the install. Hired a local place to put it in. Everything seems to work fine except I am lacking the sound from the stock woofers. Base delco stereo in a 2010 c6. How do I get my woofers back working with this new setup?

Check settings on radio to make sure it's putting out a full signal (HPF is off).
If that's not it, take it back to the so-called professionals who let you out of their shop with a system that wasn't functioning properly.

Thanks MarkCZ. I am using the Kenwood to power the speakers. I was thinking there are four channels, so it is only powering the 3.5" and 6.5" speakers? Where do the woofers get their power? I there a crossover so the 3.5" speakers and woofers a can be powered by the same output?

Do you have Bose or not? (look in glovebox, RPO U65 or U66)
If Bose, do you have tweeters on the dash by the windshield?
What interface adapter is installed between Kenwood and the car?
Is the new HU connected per interface instructions, or did you run new wires from HU to speakers?
What makes you say "the woofers aren't working"?
According to your current posts.... If you have non-bose and ran new wires from Kenwood to front 3.5's and rears (which are 5.25 not 6.5), then that's why the big speakers in the doors aren't functioning (they aren't connected).

It is a non bose setup. I spent some time with it in my driveway yesterday. I was wrong. The woofers are working but attenuated compared to the previous sound. I even added plus 3 db to the bottom two frequencies on the EQ. I didn't find the HPF off function yet.
Thanks again for the suggestions.
