Some install pics of my 35th Anniversary Edition
I finally scanned in a few pics of my 35th Anniversary Edition install. Picture quality isn’t that good but hopefully you won't mind. I have others but don’t want to bore you with install details.
BTW, I didn't chop one single interior piece to do this install. The whole interior is still stock and ready to be converted back to the Blose system at any time. I can still put my targa top in the back in its stock mounts too. :D
The entire amp rack is hinged and lifts up so you can access the storage compartments underneath. I am putting hydraulic lifts on it so it will rise at the push of a button. Until I get the hydraulics installed you have to lift it the old fashioned way....by hand.
Underneath that 35th Anniversary Corvette emblem is the DX-28 3-way electronic crossover. Pic is crooked and out of color but you get the idea.
I have a few more minor details to do in the back to seam the whole install to the stock interior but this is for the most part how it will look, until I decide to redo it all again.
I have some pics of the front components, midbass drivers, etc. But I’ll save those for another post someday. :seeya

That looks super cool. The emblem looks real nice on the box!
Thanks, I wanted to keep the 35th Anniversary Edition Corvette motif going in the rear and I thought the electronic crossover cover would show the emblem nicely.
