I have a 1988 Bose system that is need of a couple power transistors on the circuit board of the Bose Amplifier. Right Front door. I have already replaced the capacitors.

The transistors are marked ST 123534, and there are four on each amplifier.

Does anyone have a source for compatible replacements, or perhaps a cross referenced number?

Unfortunately the transistor listed at that source is not a MOSFET transistor and is therefore not compatible. The original is a MOSFET.
