Default MP3 Player

I have an '07 with the 6 disk changer in the rear storage compartment. I was told that there is an MP3 adapter that connects into the power source at the disk changer. Anybody know about this and if not is there a way to get the MP3 player connected?

I'm not aware of anything for non-ipod MP3 audio inputs with C6, the C5 has Add-GM24 gizmo like you're asking about.

I can't find any prints that mention the external changer, but my GUESS is that it uses the same audio input wires as the XM module. C6 prints are HERE, XM audio signals are on C2. THIS DIY MOD is for C5, but you should be able to do the same thing with C6 audio, assuming you can find the audio wires coming out of the changer. You would have to play the changer, but then have audio spliced with your MP3 input.
