C5: Stealth Sub Enclosure with compartment cover and cargo mat

I'm planning on installing a 10" sub in a stealth box in my center storage compartment. How much low end will I sacrifice if I replace the compartment cover and rear cargo mat? Anyone running a setup like this with the cover installed?

I tried the compartment cover on mine. It rattled so bad i had to remove it. also the support bar on the bottom of the cover would have had to be removed. Now i have a stealth box, sub grill, and loyd cargo mat.
