I ran 164w RMS per driver (each tweet, each mid) to a set of Pioneer 720prs and they performed great. As was mentioned, speaker manufacturers rate speakers purely for warranty purposes, as I would guess at least 50% of all amplified systems are set up with a fair amount of distortion, so manufacturers are conservative to keep warranty claims down.

I had Subthump make the vents and sent him a drawing of the C6 flags. I then got some thick screen material and cut it out to overlap the vent holes. I then painted in with a spray can of Atomic Orange then applied clear cost on top of the Orange. Once complete I stapled it to the back of the amp cover rack.
Nice i was thinking of doing the corvette flags wit pixi glass and a blue led in the middle of were im gonna have my subs but well see how it goes.
