C5 aftermarket front speakers

I'm just putting in new speakers where the old 8" sub was and need to wire it up. Is it possible to re-use the original 2 speaker wires rather than snaking in new wire?

Nope.

The wires go to the sub amp. The 3.5" Twiddler wires go to the back of the HU though.

The twidler wires I will use then. Remember back I hooked up 4 RCA cables to the back of the HU so those "old" wires are now free to be used.

Then it should work.
