Front RT woofer no sound. Bose speakers

How can you tell if it is the speaker or something else? I have an Alpine HU with stock Bose woofers.2003 C5

Take the doors apart and swap speakers, if problem moves it's the speaker.

Poke around at the sub amps with a meter to see if they're getting power, it could be a broken power wire in the accordian looking tube going through the doors.

That should get you started and give you a good shot at finding most of the likely causes.
