CA Corvette Customs offers a complete line of C5 double din bezels for popular head units (Pioneer, Kenwood, Eclipse, Alpine, Valor). Our bezels are not only designed to look as if your ride came with the our bezel and come with a satisfaction guarantee to support this claim, but they are built right to last.
We use a meticulous and field tested 14 step proprietary fabrication process. This process emphasizes quality of appearance through exceptional paint match, ultra smooth contours, and paint longevity. Further, and equally important, our build process also addresses the structural integrity of the bezel itself and the fact that the bezel is subjected to the heat cycling of the C5's interior cabin incurred through seasonal changes. This is an important consideration since all bezels, regardless of where you purchase them from, start with an OEM bezel that are physically cut and subsequently modified to a achieve the double din configuration. In fact, our bezels are almost an entire pound heavier than the stock bezel.

I will agree!!! Details make all the difference in the world, and that is why I use Ray for all my DD dash bezels. I simply have not had 1 single customer dissatisfied with their bezel, and that speaks volumes, considering how long Ray has been doing these!!!
