Default C6 complete system upgrade. Need wiring advice at the stock harness.

System is as follows:

Pioneer P700BT
JL G4500 4 channel
Polk DB6501 front
Polk DB651 rear

The problem I'm having is that I don't want to run wire all the way to the door speakers. So I ran my amp wiring to the stock wiring via the wiring harness adapter. I know the problem is that I'm running 4 channels into a 5 channel setup. So I need advice on how to wire the 4 channel amp into the stock harness behind the HU since I've already tapped the speakers.

If someone has the wiring diagram for the stock head unit plug I can go from there. Thanks!

Somehow I just knew you were going to say that.

Can I tap the wires inside the cockpit instead of running new wires through the doors? Maybe where the rubber flex grommet comes inside?

I pulled the amp out and got really confused. There are 2 sets of dk blue/lt blue and no gray wires. So I put it back together and started hard wiring everything. I mounted the crossovers in the doors so I will have to pull the door panels off again to run the wires. Have any good suggestions on how to run the wires in the doors?

I mounted the amp behind the passenger seat so the rear speakers were simple. I can run speaker wire down the passenger side rocker and up and over. Just don't know how to get it through the rubber grommets.

Pictures are great. I'm waiting for a bit to let the temp get up there. I'm pretty positive what's going on with the passenger side. But I haven't jumped into the drivers side so anything would be great! Thanks Steve!!

Finished!! Figured out the plastic door one each side and running wires was simple after that. Thanks for the info. Now I just need to tune the system.
