JL Audio Stealthbox install

I have a JL Audio Stealthbox That I will be installing in my 99 coupe. It has the cd changer in the back. Waht all has to be removed to drop the box in? The changer, brackets, Gray carpet pad need to come out? Total newb to the stereo world.

If the JL audio stealthbox is the same as the regular stealthbox, all you need to remove is the CD changer and the CD changer bracket...

I ended up having to remove the gray pad thing that's in the well. Once I did that it fit perfectly. I can't believe how tight that box fit's excellent construction.
