Issue with GMAH24B interface

I have a Pioneer Z2 hooked up to the stock system through the GMAH24B box...

For the past month or so, it's been acting weird. About every 4-6 minutes, the sound just cuts out for a few seconds, and I hear a slight clicking noise coming from the area that the box is located.

Does anyone know what's going on?

all i could think is maybe its onstar related but ive never heard of that one

maybe time for a new box, or a loose connection

I'd rather not get a new box because the ahole who bought and installed it won't answer his phone, so I can't get it replaced via warranty... so I'd have to buy yet ANOTHER one...

I'll take apart my console tomorrow and check for loose wiring.
