C2 Stereo Ideas??

I recently purchased a 1965 coupe..I intend to leave the original radio and speaker intact, but would love to install a good stereo system that is more or less out of sight..I have a speaker bar that I bought from Ecklers,This will be the back unit..I am almost ready to send the car to the interior shop and would to have the speaker wires pre run and in place for the main hardware..I do not intend to show the car,but I want a slick driver and I love good stereo..Any and all ideas will be appreciated...Thanks...Rick

Hey Rick,

I think this may be the first C2 thread I've seen in this section.... maybe ever. So unfortunately I don't know that you'll get a lot of input here. I do know that there are some systems out there that are made to be hidden away, but I'm not familiar with them. They tend to serve the collector market, like for your C2, and not the audio-nutz market like this section tends to draw.

So I guess basically what I'm saying is I don't expect you to get much good info here, but I didn't want your post to become completely ignored!

hmm.. i think we can brainstorm to help him a bit. but komo i right, we dont ever see c2's do you have pics and dimensions? what are your goals? budget? skill level?
