Default Who has the madvette amp rack?

I am totally new to all this audio stuff,so this my be a really stupid question.I bought & received my madvette amp rack for my c5.I dont know if im putting it in right or not,but from what i can tell it will not fit.When i put it in,it sets on the targa top roof storage brackets.Am i doing this right? Could someone please help me with this? Thanks

I think the targa mounts should be at a slight angle, allowing the rack to sit in between. Can't really tell how much it sits on top on the driver's side. Maybe he only measured once....

Is it made the same all around? Have you tried rotating the rack 180 degrees?

I tried angling the mounts different ways,but still wouldnt work.There is no notches at all on the back side,so turning it 180 didnt work.

yah from the looks of the edges..doesn't look like it was made for the C5..there shouldn't be any space between the floor and the amp rack.

I have the amp rack from Madvette in my 03 Z06 it fits great it looks like you have to turn it around. the gaps in the front should be in the rear at least that is how mine is. I also built a bottom to mine to mount amps to and put a piano hinge on it to open and access. Hope this helps
