Default Amp repair Qs for late C4 Bose

Re: `91 coupe

One of the rear amps blew (sounded like a gunshot) a few months ago, and now one of the fronts is going out.

On the rear amp, I can clearly see where, I believe it's a transister, is scorched.
It's "Q1" on this sites diagram. http://www.zr1netregistry.com/Bose2.pdf
I was able to remove it, and I want to see if a replacement will fix it. However I'm having trouble finding the correct replacement transister.
I can't find a match on the original manufactures site. http://www.st.com/stonline/
I think I found a matching one on this site, http://www.digikey.com/
But I don't know if it's the 55v or 60 volt version.

As for the front one, since I can't see any damage, I'm thinking of putting it back in and letting it die completely to find out what part needs replacing.

Any help is appreciated.

I have some at home.. I would need to check the #, I might even have the receipt from when i ordered them.. Not sure i will get a chance tonight but I don't think it should matter on the 55 or 60v part

Between the 55v and 60v parts just get the higher one.

Didn't look at the links so I'm not saying either one is actually correct...

I guess I'll try the 60v and see if it works.
