Double Din w/o NAV? Best unit for $$$

I have been looking at these units for several months. I really like the Kenwood stuff and see alot of discusion on the new DNX7100. It looks like a REALLY COOL UNIT!!! I just don't want or need the Navigation stuff. I see alot of the 8019, 7019, 6019 stuff on Ebay and am wondering what is the best for the $$$. I want Mp3s cd's and of corse the dvd function and hate the flip up stuff.
Someone steer me in the right direction !!!! THANKS !!!

check out the ecplise stuff, i've been out of the head unit market for some time now but they always had the best sq.

why do you need dvd functionality in a 2 seater?

I agree but I like the kenwood a little better. I want the DVD for concert dvd's.

the alpine unit is nice but the 7100 or the 6019 (older model no nav built in) are prly a better bet IMO

The Kenwood DVD is really hard to beat. The screen is fantastic. The EQ has a little to be desired but the sound quality is great anyway.

I'd say go with the 6019 for the DVD and you can add the NAV later if you want.
