Default sell out!!!

I know i've been away from this subforum for way too long when i see a whole new freshman class becoming the regulars (days of the old hat eatrice, knewblew and snoopdan are gone? ) anyways... With the new job, the house... the house... the house... all my free time is being monopolized right now so i took the first step today to go see the guys down at phantom electronics to get the gears rolling on having them finish most of my install. Hopefully they'll take the car in the next month and get the car finally done (for the time being) I really want to stop working on my car and just enjoy it. so yeah i'm selling out by not finishing my install but they it's still going to be my design.

If they agree to do things how you want them, and your job is giving the means, why the hell not

You will certainly be enjoying the system far sooner this way ... g'luck getting everything squared away bro. I am heading back to try and get most of my truck system installed now

So the car goes in under the knife on july 2nd... and get this, when asked how long it'll take to do the whole thing, the installer said '3 days'.... prick!

He's going to do the false floor, install the door speakers, clean up/hide the wiring, and hook everything up besides the computer. I'm still going to be in charge of modding the dash. I'll have pictures when it's done

Looking forward to the pics. I agree, nothing wrong with having somebody do the work if you can't get to it and they know what they're doing. I do the same thing with work around the house so I can do the work on my truck & Vettes.
