Removing Rear Speaker Grills
Hey guys, I'm just wondering is there a way to remove the rear speaker grills without taking the plastic pieces apart? I have 2000 convertible, so i should have the 5.25" rear speakers

Yes, take a small flat head screwdriver. Place it right in the top center of the grill. Slightly push down and out toward the center of the car, the grill will come loose off the top. Then just pull the grill stright up. It has 2 tabs on the bottom and one on the top.

I just removed mine yesterday (2000 coupe) using the method described by Screw991le. One side popped right out. The other was a little stuck but came out with slight persuasion.

After looking around a little, I see that the verts cannot be removed from the outside. From what I see on some older posts.
