Subs behind the seat ?

Has anybody put subs behind the seats and used the storage compartments as the box? It looks like a 8" will fit on each side. Just wondering if anybody has tried this?

You can put an 8" sub in the stock rear speaker locations. Read to the C4 FAQ's
