I don't know much about these things so I want good opinions.
For starters, this is what I will be using the amp for, Infinity Kappa Compontents up front. 5 1/4" mid and 1" tweeters. Infintiy Kappa 6x9's 2 way in the rear. For now, I don't plan on adding a sub as I get enough bass for me out of these speakers. Just need an amp as the head unit (Clarion 45wx4 DD) can't power these speakers effectively. Amp does have preamp outputs if I change my mind later.
Is this brand any good. My considerations are quality, price, and I only want one 4 channel amp to power these speakers. I will not go with two at this time. If I every go with two it will be to add a sub later. I also like my music to be very clear and realistic sounding. I don't want it to sound like it's coming from anything but the original source.
I want any and all opinions and also any other recommendations. Thanks in advance!

But this is the system I'm going with. I just need amp opinions. Really need to know if this amps any good. I'm going to see if I can track one down locally to get a listen too.
I'm really using my rears for my bass mostly anyway. One reason I went with 2 way instead of the 3 way so I didn't have as much high in the rear. I also retained the factory port when I put my 6x9's in so I'm fairly happy with my bass as is. These speakers are just power hungry and I'm tired of watching my radio lights dim everytime the bass hits. I blow a fuse if I turn it up to loud as the factory wiring which I tapped into for the head unit can't handle the wattage needed to power the speakers at a high level.
Its ok. It will overheat easily and it is not designed to go to lower Ohms so it will react badly if you decide to bridge it in the future.

There are lots of good amps. Are you looking for a particular feature or price point? If you can afford the smaller A/D/S and you aren't looking to upgrade to seperates in the future it would be an ideal amp. I picked this price off of http://www.mmxpress.com but you should be able to shop around and get at least as good if not a better price. Remember to add at least 50-100$ in your budget for installation materials such as RCAs, fuse holders, power wire, etc.

David,
I haven't really heard anything good or bad about them. I like Rockford Fosgate's amps better. I'd choose this for any install. Hope this helps. :seeya
Orion are better than fosgate. Fosgate is a mediocre brand that has great advertising and gives dealers a large markup so the make lots of money selling them instead of something else and means everyone carrys them. A/D/S is the parent company of Orion. They own Orion and Precision Power. Fosgate is about as good as the Precision Power line which is their introductory line. The A/D/S 50Wx4 will blow away a fosgate 75x4 and sound much cleaner doing it. Its to bad that so many people are so concerned about getting the best car, putting on the best tires, and then buy bad audio equipment for it.

I also power a set of MB Quarts with an a/d/s thats 15 years old. It still kicks butt and while its only rated at 60 watts a side, it hits as hard and cleanly as my Orion at 100 watts a side. VERY high quality amp & worth every dime. Remember, you're likely to have the system a long time. Invest more over time than less for the immediate gratification and you'll be much farther ahead-
