Default Should I install an Optima Yellow Top or not?

I have a kick butt system. :yesnod: I've done research on the benefits of having a Yellow Top vs the stock and it's hands down a good upgrade. Better cranking power, longer lasting and so on. But I haven't really read anything on the benefits to a high power stereo. Anybody got anything to add about this upgrade?

12 v top/side post deep cycle - Superior Life, Superior Power At last - clean, reliable, high-power output that made Optima's Red Top starting battery famous is now available in a Deep Cycle battery. Optima's Yellow Top Deep Cycle battery uses the same unique Spiralcell Technology that outperforms and out lasts conventional flat plate batteries, with a life span two to three times longer than the competition. More Power. Optima provides high power output faster and longer than conventional batteries, resulting in greater cranking ability and lass capacity reduction at high current loads. Quick Recharge. Optima batteries fully recharge in as little as one hour, more than twice as fast as other batteries.. Fast Energy Response. The Optima delivers peak power faster. There is less voltage drop during high current discharges. Clean Power. Consistent, stable voltage throughout the discharge provides better power to your equipment.
I think I just answered my own questions. I found this excerpt on a web site that sells the Optima Battery. The line about Fast Energy Response would definitely be good for my stereo. :D  Maybe I'll see less dimming of the lights.

Now I'm confused. Which is better a Red Top or a Yellow Top. I am a daily driver. Which is the most beneficial for the stereo?

In a car, ALWAYS yellow. We have no use for the Red's capability.

Would the battery be a better upgrade than purchasing a ferod capacitor?
