this goes for just about anything. if tha tube has a built in amp, then run some 8 guage wire from the battery, to the amp. connect this wire directly to the battery, putting at least a 30 amp fuse within 18 inches of the battery terminal. find a hole in the firewall, or make one, and run the wire along the threashold, or under the carpet. then tap into your speaker wires somewhere and run those back to the tube. use 12-16 guage wire. when you buy the tube, i think they come with instructions that'll take you from there. any q's im me or send me an e-mail: theyleftme@poop.com

Very easy, good basic upgrade. You can keep it later if you want to replace the rest of the system. Make sure your fuse is in the engine compartment. Distance from the battery isn't as critical but remember if you have an accident and the wire is broken it will be live up to the fuse so make it as close to the battery as is practical. Mine is about a foot away. You can splice to the speaker wires in the rear of the car. If you run into problems, let us know and we'll talk you through.

Thanks for the replies so far, yes it is the amplified tube. I want a little more bass but didn't want to replace the whole system right now so i figured this would be the best way to go. I have one question where is there a good ground in the trunk area? I have not received the bazooka tube yet but i want to prepare so when i receive it i will be ready to install it.
Thanks

I have mine straight to the frame. You could go out the cockpit throught the same hole they run the antenna wire and down to the ground just behind the back wheel on the frame. Best place to ground if you don't have to go to far.

Hook the remote wire to an ignition line. If you can't find one in the back, use the pink wire behind the sterio. There will be two pink wires, one will be ignition, the other is antenna. Check the wire with a meter. If you don't have one or you don't know how to get at the wire let me know. The inputs should be spliced into the speaker inputs in the back. Look for the speaker wires, two on each speaker. These are the ones you want. The darker colors are the negatives.
