4 guage wire for power amp - How do I get it to the battery?

Do I have to drill through the firewall? Any suggestions?

I wish I had answers but I don't. I never did a C5 install. But in my C4, I drilled holes in the firewall and floor and ran wires directly to the frame and battery. I installed my own grommets in these holes so they sealed well. Look for an empty grommet. If there isn't one, you'll have to make a hole. Just check both sides carefully first. :cheers:

Under the stock battery location, there's a stock grommet that goes through the firewall along with a large stock wiring harness. Spray it with silicone spray and you can just push your new wires through alongside the stock wires, no drilling or modification required.
