Need Wiring for Nokia CARK-91H Handsfree kit

Can anyone help me? I bought a used Nokia 7160 phone for my daughter and it came with a CARK-91 Handsfree kit that sold for $170.00. It recommends professional installation, but I know how to install electronics, etc. However I do not have the wiring instructions. There are 5 wires, 2 of which are for radio mute (optional) and ignition (optional) so that phone comes on when vehicle is started. Three wires are fused. Colors are BLK, GRN, YEL, RED, & BLU.
