Question About Wires On A Terk

hooking up final 2 wires on my sterio upgrade. on the terk xm reciever the power wires come out through some sort of resistor (i guess) there is a ground and a red and a yellow. am i correct to assume that one connects to a full time hot and one to acc. power?
