Default Side Compartment Subs ?

are the side compartments on a 97 coupe big enough to install 6" woofers. im thinking about lineing the compartment and molding fitted fiberglass boxes. would this be a good idea? has anyone done it? thanks

Depends on the sub you use. The compartments are very small but people have done it.

I am in the process of building some, but IMHO it isn't worth it. Too much of a hassle for so little room where you are very limited to what sub you use unless you raise it up off the floor. I am making these to accomodate 8" Diamond Audio D3 subs.

eu-700's should fit no problem. they probably even have enough room for ported enclosures if you want
