I am looking to install an amp for my new Infinity Kappa speakers (6.5" Component Fronts & 6x9 3-Way Rears). I think the Infinity reference will match and run these speakers well.
I wanted to install in under the Passanger Seat of my 95 C4 (no passanger electronic seat controls). It measures 12 x 15 x 2-11/16. Although I don't think it will fit from the measurements I took. The height might cause the biggest problem (high combined with length... the longer it is, the farther I need to slide it towards the back of the seat, but the seat slops down towards the back and gets thin in the back. But I wanted to get other opinions.
Anyone else have this (or amps of similar size) mounted under the C4 Passanger Seat?
I don't have an amp under my seat, but I've had them out several times. I don't think you'll have enough room unless you put spacers under the seat and get longer bolts. Even then you'll proly have to lift it quite a bit. If you make a mock amp out of playdough then set your seat in, you'll know how much and where its hitting.
