Unlock My Radio??

I tried to unlock my radio with no luck. I used the instructions: Step 1. hold down 2 + 3 for six seconds Step 2. Press AM/FM etc. etc. etc.etc. But i cannot get it to display a 3 digit # after I hold down the buttons from step 1. Any other ideas. All i did was disconnect the battery.Help i would rather not take it to the Stealership. They,re a bunch of A!@#$%% over there. Thanks in Advance!!

I would re-disconnect the battery.

What I wonder is if the battery disconnection makes it think it's been stolen... or, you did it wrong (by accident or something) and it needs to be reset again.

I would hope someone here has a Helm Manual to help resolve this problem.
