Default Customizing the C6 Touch Screen Computer

Does anyone have any system level hardware or operating system specs on the C6 touch screen computer (not the general radio/nav feature guides)? Also helpful would be any leads on individuals or companies that offer customized options for the graphical interface... I am interested in the ability to customize the interface look and feel through implementing more exciting graphical "skins." I have an engineering and software development background, and would like to really get into writing my own custom programming for the C6 touch screen computer, but can not find any 3rd party developer products for this system so far. My assumption is that the computer is 100% proprietary GM/DELCO, but was hoping on a freak chance the hardware was made by another company and integrated by GM.

NAV radio isn't actually Delco, it's Denso. There's a LONG thread you can find a link to here in the C6 Audio FAQ about trying to crack the codes. Might find some info to get you started.
