Well I have eclipse amp DA7122 or something like that (1200 watts) running my mids and highs (fosgate) and i have a hp1500 running three eclipse titaniums (1.6 ohm load) amp amp pushes 1500 watts at 2 ohms and 1800 watts at one ohm. so i am pushing 1600 to 1700 watts or so. It will make your ears hurt within 5 minutes. I could hit and maintain 132.1 when i only had two subs in my car i haven't tested it since the install of the third sub. my current head unit is only 2.7 volt output. I don't know what kind of headunit to run?? help I put about four to eight layers of dynamat in the trunk sure helped with the sound but didn' help the wallet any. I either glued, taped, or removed anything from the seats back so nothing rattles now except the actual glass of the hatch, you can see it flex, (any help there would be appreciated).
I would like to add some kind of harddrive to store ALOT of music along with the install of a new head unit. thanks in advance for the help.
(the stereo shops around here suck they didn't even think two subs would be good in my car....
