Vinyl cable/wire ties??

I need to locate the softer vinyl type tie as opposed to the more stiff, rigid nylon type. I am unable to locate the vinyl type anywhere on the internet. I have only 2 left that have no markings on them and I can't remember where I bought them. Anyone know where to find them? thanks.
