Default c6 doors vibrate badly

I have added Blaupunkt 10" subs to my front doors on my c6. The entire car has been torn apart and a few layers of dynamat type material have been added to nearly anywhere it would go. See pic: http://www.useddialers.com/c6audio.htm
Here is my problem. The doors vibrate very badly. Two layers of dynamat were added to the inside skin and one layer was added to the outside skin so please don't tell me to just dynamat the doors as that has already been done.

I am crossing over my subs at 80hz and above but still can't get rid of the massive vibrations. Ideally I would like to cross them over at a lower frequency but not until I get this problem fixed. The dealership removed and re installed the doors so I am confident they have been put back on right. They obviously were not designed for this much bass. The vibration is the door panel hitting against the inner door skin. Can someone who has fixed a similar problem please help me? This is going to be a competition worthy install when finished and I am not opposed to try anything that will help.

Can't you just put some padded foam between the parts that are hitting each other and causing the rattle?

I'm running 8" woofers (not subwoofers) in the doors and have them crossed down to 42 hZ. I had a terrible time with the panels buzzing. More on the passenger side than on the drivers side.

I added poor mans dynamat to the door skins and panels and was able to remove almost all of it. I didn't coat the whole door, but rather cut strips.

Main question is can you isolate where the noise is coming from? Can you apply pressure to the panels to make it stop? Perhaps it is the grille covers. Also it could be the wiring inside and along the door skin that could be to blame. Do you notice it with doors open and closed? How about with windows up or down? You need to find the problem and then determine the best solution.

It is very important to replace the door pannel locking pins every time you take the door pannel off. They are not able to handle repeated on and off installation when you have an upgraded sub in the door.

Also - silicone around the edge of the sub when you are using the 10in Blaupunkt.

And - extreame dynamat (the metal foil is important) the flimsy rubber "sound sealer" pannel in the inside of the door. This seals up the door into one compartment.

I had the dealership remove and reinstall the panels and I actually had to leave them off for over a week until the new clips/pins arrived. I also tied up the clips for the subs when I put the new subs in since I am running a different amplifier and had to run different wires anyway. Eliminating most of the noise is not really what I am after. I would like to eliminate all of it

The noise is on both doors and the only way I can make it stop is to pull on the pockets in the bottom of the doors or push them in. This requires a decent amount of force. The vibration is the same with windows up or down. May try the foam in between the door panel and inner skin since it sounds like it should work but am still open for other ideas. I plan on adding another subwoffer possibly later but before I do, I would really like to get this problem solved.

You may also adding a closed cell foam ring around the subs. This will ensure that the sound waves make it out from behind the door pannel.

I have tried pushing, pulling, window up, down, door open, closed and can't seem to make it go away. If I push really hard toward the subwoofer area then I can lessen it but then the sound just moves to another side of the door. I am going to go to the dealership and have them take the doors off again and I will most likely put the system back to stock.

Did you take the panels off and on YOURSELF and look at them? I would prolly do this because alot of times a dealer will break a clip or anything else that can happen very easily and instead of making it right, they just say, "oh well, he wont notice." If you have done this and all is well, then I would try as thick of piece of styrofoam as you can fit in the door. I did this on a Jimmy I had a few years back and it worked. Just make sure that when the panel is on, the foam hits both the door and the inside of the panel. Hope that helps!

On a side note, where can I get some of the white clips for the door panels on my 97?
