Default Right door speakers not working

I recently installed the CAGS eliminator and in the process disconnected my battery. When I reconnected everything I have no sound from the right door speakers (sub and tweedler). The rear works fine and and everything on the left side is OK. Anyone have any ideas what it could be? The fuse at 28 is OK but I did not pull the fuse at 45 (it seems to me if it was this both sides would be affected). I also disconnected and reconnected the battery again. I don't want to tear apart the dash if I can avoid it. I also have an aftermarket stereo with a soundgate adapter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As with almost all electronics these day you need to leave the battery disconnected for a minute or two before the electronics fully discharge and can completly reset. Try that first. If not...

Given the information that we have, the other possibility is the speed sensor audio bi-varistor a common enemy of the right side tweedler.

If the battery reset doesn't do it what would be involved in fixing this? I have no idea what it is. Also, I forgot to mention I have a C5.

Sorry - it was a joke, meaning I have no idea!

The skip shifter bypass sometimes does not seat correctly and the internal resistor does not come into the circut. This will create an engine fault light and sometimes blow fuses. But I have not heard of it effecting the right side speakers. Do you have a Bose amp? What model Vette and head unit?

I have an '03 coupe with bose amps. The head unit is a Pioneer DEH-P80MP. I used a soundgate adaptor to connect it. I'll have to try the battery reset again. The previous times I did it I only disconnected for about 10 to 20 seconds. The CAGS is working fine and I've had no engine fault light. Everything but the speaker appears to be OK.

Sounds like the HU has blown a fuse for those channels (or something else has disconnected from the HU) since the Bose amps in the C5 all have their own circuts.
