Default moving ac down to the ash tray area?

anyone have any how toos or maybe pictures of how to do this? I want to move my ac to where the ash tray is and I know quite a few people have done this...so I am just wondering what needs to be done to get it to fit down there

I moved mine to the bottom and only had to drill 1 hole as 1 hole already fits. I forget which side, but you'll see it right away.

Be sure this is the set-up you're looking for as I took the dremel to my dash cover to remove the ash tray, and then changed my set-up. Now HVAC is on the top, new Avic-N1 in the middle and have ordered a new dash cover to get the ash tray back in it's proper place.

If you have any questions, drop me a pm. I can post some pics of my set up and where I drilled holes as my dash is still open.
