Get hold of this month's "Corvette Enthusiast" Magazine.

If I can get it scanned, I'll e-mail it to you.

I'm using it in my 04 Z; just to let you know, this adapter is marketed by several different companies under different names at various prices

I don't have any part number(s) for you but I bought my setup through these guys: mp3yourcar.com

Shoot them an email, they are very quick to reply and I'm sure they will provide you with whatever part number(s) you need

I paid $189.00 for the adapter box, iPod cable, and AB-GM10 cable harness; and then forked out an additional $40.00 for the COR-HAR CD-changer harness...

repo,

PM sent

I had two "port" plugs but they were located in that fusebox in the passenger side footwell area (lower righthand side of that fusebox). My 04 Z did not come with the 12-disk CD-changer nor was it pre-wired to the trunk for one...

The Adapter from mp3yourcar.com looks great. How hard is it to get the cable plugged onto the CD Changer connector on the back of the stereo? Do you have to take a good part of the console apart?

Thanks,

UT-Driven

That's the beauty of using this setup, you don't have to go near the stock head unit nor do you have to take apart the console.

The iPod adapter will connect into the factory head unit via two "port" plugs located in the passenger side footwell area. These two port plugs would normally be used to hook up the factory 12-disk CD-changer.

This is what sold me on this setup, no need to purchase an aftermarket head unit or to rip apart the dash to get to the factory stereo, and no need to remove a bunch of panels

Ah, I misread the site then. I saw a diagram there and thought it showed that you had to connect to the connector on the back of the head unit. I will look into this setup.

Thanks!
