Default Mounted The Subs Today

Got around to installing the subs today. I had to remove some of the top edge of the mounts due to possible contact with the shade, other than that it went fine. I used some butyl to seal the perimeter of the cavity and then installed the mounts. I also managed to get a little of the wiring done today. I was able to fish my patch cable and a couple of wires under the pass carpet then under the tunnel carpet to the back of head unit.
I'm hoping to fire up the system tomorrow to see if everthing works.

That's coming along great! I can't wait for you to fire it up and post your opinion on it, as I'm thinking of doing the same thing. Are those 8W0's your using?

Yes, 8W04's. I am really looking forward to the end of this project. It has been sunny here for the last 2 weeks and the car is all over the place.
I haven't had subs in a vehicle since 80's Oh ya !! I have no real memory other than remembering that it could make it hard to breath normal when their cranked. Don't think i will get that with 8'' subs, but the cabin is the smallest i've had.
