stereo replacement.

looking to replace just my stock cd and fm tuner.. ( for now) what units will fit back into existing opening,, or will i need to mod this out? i have heard that alpine makes a good unit and seems to be big with the c5 guys,,, well any pictures of your mods and model #s for my next mod would be great... thanx for any help....

I just put a Kenwood with Sirius into my wife's car. I used a GM stereo install kit ($20) and a GM to EVERYONE ELSE antenna adapter ($15) at a local Fry's Electronics. Some modification to one of the install kit pieces was needed, but very minor stuff.
