Is it coming from the very front of the car? Isn't K&N filter oil pink? Do you have an aftermarket filter on the car you just cleaned? Just and idea...

If you have an automatic transmission, it's probably transmission fluid. You could have a loose line that's leaking.

The lines connect on the right side of the car, right into the radiator tank.

mike76002,
It sounds like transmission fluid, assuming that you have an automatic. If you have an A4, then the fluid runs to the radiator for cooling.
If you don't have an A4, then it may be the orange colored anti-freeze that you are seeing.
Good luck.

Re: Pink oil leaking ... what is it??? (movinup)
It sounds like your rack and pinion is leaking. I had to have mine replaced
at 1500mi. when it started leaking :(
at 1500mi. when it started leaking :(
anything is fine since I got GM extended warranty but have to pay 200$ :cry .
Does your car make a loud squeak when you go over a bump in the parking garage??? Mine does make a loud squeak so I will have them check for both if I got the rack and pinion problem !!!
Thanks

Mike, if the spots are at the very front of the car is could be DEXCOOL, the coolant that is in your radiator. It feels like oil and is pink in color.

As far as the leak goes, you might have spilled some and it took time to work itself to the ground. Time will tell.

I had this same problem back in March. I took it into GM and they found it was the waterpump. They replaced it and so far no leak!
