Breaking News - 2015 Colors

BREAKING NEWS: Daytona Sunset Orange exterior color for 2015 was just announced by Harlan Charles at the NCM Bash.

Also, Lime Rock Green will be eliminated and Velocity Yellow, and Cyber Grey will be changed to other variants.

Well... the VY and CGM changes have been known about for some time now. But the DSOM and LRG changes are new!

Glad I got my LRG when I did instead of waiting for 2015.

IIRC all shades of orange have been poor sellers in the past...

Not really. I said LRG was going to be replaced by an Orange back in February:

I guess there will not be as much focus on removing the orange peel from the new orange. Some might like the 3D effect of the orange peel.

White is the "new yellow" anyway. White has been growing in popularity replacing yellow for several years now.

My god. I am glad I got a Velocity Yellow car. Lightening the yellow and softening it will just make it look pale, like the yellows from the 60's and 70's. Not a good thing.
