Default Women and Corvette's

I made a comment to the teller at the bank that I was getting a 2014
Corvette showing her a picture. She paused then asked me if I had seen the new Stingrays!

My girl friend has driven several of my Corvette's. The other day she thought the Corvette was a Ford Product!

My wife saw the pictures of the C7 and said I should get one (she never liked the C5 and C6). I didn't waste any time getting my order in.

Wife has had a '62, '95 and now has an '02 ZO6.

I swear she's more excited about my C7 than I am!

My wife loves the looks of my 2014 Coupe. She talked about getting a "sportscar" for herself for five years now. She wanted a Nissan 370Z stick. After realizing that she would not pull the trigger herself I said I would get a real sports car for myself and she could drive it whenever she wants.

I ordered in early September and received my Vette on Halloween. My wife loves the car, although she has only driven it three times so far.

My baby is in hibernation now until early spring. I can't wait to drive it again.

I hate to break this to you, but there are a lot of guys out there that would make the same statement as the bank teller. I stop at a drive through a few weeks back and the guy in the window at least knew it was a Corvette, his comment was is that one of the new ones. I drive an "07.

Our C7 convertible is my wife's (78 yrs old) daily driver. As was our C6 convertible 65K miles when we sold it. The plan from the day we bought the C6 was to buy a C7 when they came out. We watched the webcast Stingray introduction, she ask is it time? Works for me. A deposit got us on a big allocation dealer's list the next day.

I'm the weekend pilot.

My wife likes all cars and all types of racing (only drags are too loud...). When we are driving together she practically falls out of the car waving at every Corvette we see. A keeper (going on 43 years)

Women have always liked Vettes, but the C7's seem to have pushed the lust factor to another level! My wife is the reason I went from THIS to THIS. Happy wife, happy life!

I had many, many hot rods since I met my wife. The new C7 was the first time that she and my daughter were impressed by a car. They both thought that the car did not look real.

My wife was nice enough to take the 2012 Camaro Zl1 to enable me to buy my Stingray. She doesn't know much about sports cars. All she knows is that she likes to be the first one away from a stop light!

My wife likes the C6 more because it's what she calls "bubbly"
She says the C7's "sharp" edges are more for a man than a woman.

My wife is not a car person, but when she saw the new C7 in October, she suggested I order one.....I did not hesitate.

My wife and I have always had at least one performance car since we were married in 1964. She had a silver '63 split window to go with my red '63 roadster. We got our 2010 convertible because we didn't want to chance that the C7 might not have a V8 engine. We traded up quickly when we found the C7 had the power that we wanted. Life remains good.

when i told my wife i was looking at buying a corvette, she said "why would anybody buy a batman car"? after multiple discussions, she essentially forbid me to buy it. i immediately placed my order--that was around the beginning of november. on the way to pick up my car last week, she said "so what does this thing cost". i told her i would not tell her. she said "what do you mean you wont tell me?" we were approaching the dealer, and i restated my decision. she didnt stay for the orientation--probably had a date , or whatever.... its about 1 1/2 weeks and we have not spoken of "it" since.

i guess this will not be an item of contention re: who gets it, in the divorce settlement.
