Assistance needed in loudest SC whine (not whistle) Example vid inside
My vehicle is a LS3 C6 with AT tranny.
My goal is to stay on stock engine, stock fuel pump, & stock headers BUT purchase a SC. Problem is all threads I've read speak about owners wanting a quiet SC. I am looking for the loudest SC that produces a whine rather then that BOV noise I hear on some SC-ed C6's.
I realize it's an odd request to make a thread about not caring about power, or quiet SC, etc...
I had an Acura RSX Type-S with Comptech SC and miss that whine. I moved to a mustang (I know) that had a whipple on it. Example video below.
The best examples of loud supercharged C6's I can find are ZR1's with smaller pulleys. (as seen in video below)

I should also add that I don't mind paying the same price for said "whiney" SC that yields less whp/wtq then the "other" SC that makes no noise but more power.

Sounds like you just need a speaker wired up under the hood that plays some alternator noise that goes up with RPM. That should be perfect for you.

A jack shaft Magnuson TVS2300 with the cogged belt on the rear should do exactly what you're wanting to do. Old school whine out the wazzooo. Easily 600+hp at the wheels with mild blower cam and bolt ons.

Ummm..... seriously.....revisit post number 5 in this thread. If that's what you're after, it's there in spades. You will need to buy a hood. You mentioned that investing in a hood isn't a problem. Boom, done.

I have a video I will post if Photobucket ever finishes uploading!!! Maggie tvs2300 is exactly what you need. Just upgrade to the cogged rear pulleys and it sounds awesome!
