New! Best view of the Z06 yet!
...sorry if you were expecting more.
That said, for the Z06 obsessed like myself, every little bit counts.
I'm surprised no one else put these two together yet. Hopefully I'll have more layers to add to my photoshop file soon!
Best,
Gene

Can you work in this wider shot that shows more of the front end?

Does this mean we can stop arguing over whether this is the front or rear tire yet?? I still think some of the guys here believe the tail lights will be round based on the referencing recesses in the mold shown in the Omega video...

Interesting. Looking closer at the image it says Z06 on the inside of the wheel. I never noticed it before. Honestly, I hope it doesn't say Z06 all over this thing, the way a Hybrid Tahoe says Hybrid in 82 spots. lol

C7 base wheels all say Corvette so this is just comparable.

I was going to say the same thing. Base wheels say "Corvette" and it's tastefully done so this does flow.

Found the front splitter design. Obviously it will be much much smaller but I think this is the idea. I hope this car looks clean and beautiful and not too racy.

It appears that the front fenders are the same as the stingray, but the splitter extends beyond and a lip extends along the front and top of the fender's wheel well to allow room for the wider wheels. This is why the camo cars looked like the front wheels were sticking out. The splitter and flares weren't in place. This is actually shown in the Jalopnik renders, AND the new Z28 has these fender flares as well. You can predict styling cues and performance from other GM cars, and based upon the Z28's square stance, I believe the Z06 will have a close to square stance. Looks like maybe 305's up front, maybe 335's out back? Probably will have wider rear fender since they are already unique with the brake scoops. The offset of the new wheels shows off the extra width as well.
