Good idea for a thread.

2006 23,000 miles, WCCH heads, solid stemmed SS valves bronze valve guides,

No valve issues.

Oh. OK. You didn't say "stock".

Well then you might want to have the moderators close this thread and start another one.

If not, well then people like myself will probably vote in it and make the results look better than they actually are.

Good luck.

If the Mods would like to take the Idea of this Thread and turn it into
more User friendly wording and Info, That would be Great!

I would like to think everyone would have enough sense to know you meant a stock Z06. But god forbid I say anything else because I might get banned. Mine is a 2013 with 7800 miles. It runs great!!! I'm having a really hard time deciding if I should put a Edelbrock supercharger on.. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK..

I was almost afraid to vote. Mine seems OK right now. Not making any untoward noises.

Early '09 model year that I bought in mid '10 new. Almost 70,000 mi. (I'm too lazy to go look, but close). Stock, except B&B Bullets (which, I'm sure you weren't even addressing this kind of mod)

2008 14K miles. Inspected. No issues yet.

Funny how someone tried to sneak in and tally 23K miles on SS valves with no issues when in reality its more like "1500 miles no issues yet on the SS valve modification"

Mine has 10k miles on it. She leaks down between 1 to 3 percent ice cold with 100psi applied. My engine guy tells me a lot of LS7 valve failures are a result of valve float. Upgrade the valve springs and rockers to avoid problems.

2006, 27,722. Completely stock engine only the tires were changed. No wiggle test has been performed and this car has no valve train noise like I have seen posted by some on the forum. It runs as strong as it did the day I took delivery. Its not a daily driver and I have multiple cars like many forum members, but so far so good no issues not even a single fluid leak.

06 w/31k miles, 2nd owner, purchased @ 8.1k miles. basically stock except corsas. production # near the end of 06 run. had stems (top, middle, and bottom) measured and guides ... very little wear and nobody out more than 15%. chevy service rep was real interested in test ... watched as sr mech performed tests, and another tech watched. bill: $350 which included new plugs. i'm a happy camper.

merry christmas everyone.
