New shot of the LT4

Yep, bout covers it. As predicted, NA is likely gone, replaced with supercharged LT4. IMHO, much better for the street. My 08Z was a great ride, but my 10 GS with LPE TVS2300 650 supercharger package, is a more fun ride with instant right now full torque all thruout the power band( like the ZR1, only more at 587 RWHP, 568 RWHP on their Mustang dyno). Track junkies may not like it, but most guys drive mainly on the street anyway.

Sweet! I was just digging through Keeks' old CAD photos... And noticed his CAD wheels are identical to the GM teaser wheels... Which IMO solidifies that the Z06 will be supercharged; assuming keeks wheel photo and engine bay photo are of the same car(99.999999% likely).
My uneducated guess is 675hp

Melting Slicks
I remember when the C6Z06 hit the streets and how it just destroyed competition. This C7Z06 will do the same.
I've warmed up to the idea of supercharging over NA. Look at what the ZR1 proved. GM is not going to put out a track car that gets slower every lap.I just hope they get a broad power band out of the LT4.

Ferrari has all of the all-motor goodness you could want. Have fun paying for it...
GM is no stranger to FI, especially blowers. It could save them a lot of money to take the LS9 blower and IC setup and bolt it on to the LT1. Perhaps that's why the LS9 was developed in the first place, no?
