Default Introducing C7 Grand Sport!
Put my deposit down 1/14, the day after the reveal. Saw Laguna Blue in person at Bloomington Gold and knew it had to have a red gut, white stripe and red hash marks. Took delivery 9/30, the first C7 on Long Island. And now it has to be the first C7 custom painted, with barely 500 miles on the clock!

































Would any sane person do this to a brand new car?











For those who don't know what a 1996 Grand Sport is, here was the inspiration ...



And, no, it's not the first time I did this. Here's C5 Grand Sport ...




***Update 12/6***
Now a 500 HP car
Vette Doctors tune and American Racing Headers
Gained 34.5 HP and 41.3 lb ft of torque

i dont know what it is but the red stripe on the front fender on the grand sport are ugly imo

Putting a C6 Grand Sport badge on a C7 is illegal in all 50 states and Guam isn't it?

It's a brilliant tribute to a great Vette. Particularly apt given how much the C7 interior design owes to the revamped C4's.

I pulled off all the Chevy and Suburban badges off my SUV and spray painted ESCALADE on it. Now I'm pimped out.
