C5 Owner chases down armed cop shooter

thats a good guy your not supposed to intervene in police things and go vigilante so to speak but if he did not do it they may have not found this guy for a while...too often the bystander effect happens

It's not being a vigilante to bring someone to justice as long as you don't administer the justice yourself. I chased down a drunk driver and performed a citizens arrest one time, and broke a few traffic laws doing it. I always figured I probably saved his life and probably someone else's, considering how drunk he was and how far he was planning to go.
