The word VOLT showing on my odometer
I have a 93 c4 and recently the battery light on the center console comes on and off occasionally and only for a second. Tonight the word VOLT appeared on the odometer. Does this mean it's time for a new battery?

Charging should be between 13.8 and 14.6 depending on how long the car has been running....WW
